Here’s how it works — refer a friend or family member to Top Roof. If they book a full roof replacement or any job over $15,000, you’ll earn $300, and they’ll get $100 off their project. And because every referral counts, we also offer $50 for any job over $3,500. Real rewards, just for spreading the word.
Payments are issued once the referred job is completed and paid in full — no strings, no gimmicks.
This is all part of our Locals First Initiative — our commitment to keeping dollars in the hands of people who live and work right here in our community. We’d rather reward our neighbors than pay out to national ad platforms or lead services.
Top Roof is known for top-notch workmanship and customer service, so you can feel good about referring us. And once you’ve made three successful referrals, you’ll get invited to our Community Partner Program — complete with a branded starter kit, referral cards, local business perks, and exclusive giveaways.
Submit your referral through our online form and we’ll take it from there. We’ll contact your referral to schedule their free inspection and estimate. Just remember: only one person can be credited per job, and rewards can’t be combined with other discounts.

As long as a proposal is signed and the work completed, the referral prize is yours. There is no limit to the number of referrals you may provide.

Through our Community Impact Initiative, we donate to local organizations including churches, schools, youth sports teams, fire departments, and nonprofit groups when members choose us for their home improvement projects.
Donation tiers:
$500 for projects $30,000 or more
$200 for projects $20,000 or more
$75 for projects $10,000 or more
$50 for projects $3,500 or more
Donations are made after project completion and payment in full.
Services include roofing, siding, windows, and doors, structural repairs, along with insulation.
Simply mention your organization when scheduling, and we’ll make a contribution on your behalf.
It’s our way of keeping support local and making a real impact where it matters most.

If you’re active duty military, a veteran, or a service professional (police, fire, EMS, healthcare, or education), you qualify for a 5% discount on your project, up to $350—our way of saying thank you for your service. Whether you’re planning a simple roof upgrade or a full exterior project, Top Roof WNY is here to serve you with quality, savings, and respect.
